Handle Corrupt Data

If you’re seeing this page… sorry. GuideGuide can’t figure out what’s going on in your storage file. I can’t promise your data can be recovered, but all is not yet lost.

When you get a data corruption warning, GuideGuide will save a new, blank storage file so you can continue using GuideGuide, and will store a copy of your corrupted data that you can send to support for analysis. The instructions below will help you locate this file. Once you have located your corrupted storage file, please contact support.
